Key Demand:
Deep expertise in architecting scalable automation solutions using Power Automate and UiPath
Experience designing end-to-end automation frameworks and integration strategies

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Extensive experience in developing and deploying automation solutions with Power Automate and related RPA tools
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, governance, and security best practices
Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, SQL databases, and third-party APIs
Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Microsoft Dataverse
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Virtual Agents is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade automation solutions using Power Automate and UiPath
Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability
Guide development teams and review automation workflows to ensure quality and adherence to architectural guidelines
Oversee integration of Power Automate solutions with Azure services, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and external applications
Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business goals
Manage complex troubleshooting and performance optimization for automation solutions
Mentor junior developers and lead technical training sessions
Evaluate new tools and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities
