We’re hiring a Senior Analyst – Software Development (Infor LN/BAAN) to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong command of Infor LN/BAAN, particularly in Projects and Supply Chain modules.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide application support for Infor LN and Baan 5C, specifically for Projects and Supply Chain modules.
Analyze and resolve incidents/service requests in alignment with SLA timelines.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to address system issues and enhancements.
Connect with end users to understand problems and offer effective application setup or configuration solutions.
Debug and develop code fixes, perform unit testing, coordinate UAT, and document outcomes.
Monitor and maintain EDI, GXO interfaces, and system integrations, identifying and resolving potential issues.
Generate and distribute reports for integration health, data replication, and EDI interface statuses.
Create clear documentation including job aids, problem resolutions, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of total IT experience with 4–6+ years hands-on experience in Infor LN / Baan 5C.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of Infor LN Projects and Supply Chain modules.
Expertise in debugging, testing, and supporting enterprise ERP systems.
Experience working with EDI, data integrations, and monitoring tools.
Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in support or implementation of Infor LN ERP in a global environment.
Knowledge of GXO or similar logistics/warehouse integrations is a plus.
