Technical Manager – React JS | .NET Core | SQL | Delivery Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in React JS, .NET Core, SQL, and Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will have 10–13 years of total experience with at least 9 years in technical leadership roles, overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams, implementing best practices in branching strategy, and ensuring smooth release processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications using React JS, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
Project & Delivery Management:
Drive software releases, manage timelines, define milestones, and ensure successful on-time, high-quality delivery.
Architecture & Code Reviews:
Review architecture, guide technical designs, and ensure best practices across frontend and backend development.
Team Mentorship:
Mentor a team of developers, conduct regular code reviews, and implement robust development workflows.
Release Process Oversight:
Own and manage CI/CD pipelines, build and release management, and production deployments.
Branching Strategy:
Define and maintain version control branching strategy (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket), supporting multi-environment releases.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:
Frontend: 5+ years hands-on experience with React JS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Backend: 6+ years with .NET Core, Web APIs, C#, RESTful services.
Database: Strong command of SQL Server, writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
Release & DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git workflows.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading engineering teams, delivering multiple projects successfully.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in delivery management, stakeholder handling, and team performance evaluation.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
