Senior Data Scientist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges. You will work on high-impact projects involving computer vision, predictive analytics, and cloud-based deployments, with a strong focus on AWS services and scalable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation use cases.
Build and optimize computer vision solutions using techniques such as CNNs, object detection, and image segmentation.
Deploy ML models using AWS services including SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
Lead feature engineering, model tuning, and experimental result analysis.
Collaborate closely with data engineers to build scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines.
Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay abreast of advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science research to inform ongoing projects.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI.
Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Proven experience in designing and implementing computer vision applications using OpenCV and deep learning frameworks.
Strong background in AWS-based model deployment including SageMaker, Lambda, and related services.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, modeling, and hypothesis testing.
Strong skills in SQL and data manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
