Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform. This role requires in-depth knowledge of functional modules within D365 F&O—particularly in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain—to align business requirements with system capabilities. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and D365 F&O solution designs.
Configure functional modules including Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Provide Level 2 and 3 support for incidents and service requests in the D365 F&O environment.
Collaborate with business users to validate functional solutions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deliver end-user training and create detailed user documentation.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for D365 F&O and advise internal stakeholders on best practices.
Lead and support periodic platform updates, regression testing, and change management activities.
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skillset:
Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically within:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Inventory & Procurement
Project Management & Operations
Skilled in creating and validating functional test scripts, conducting system configurations, and supporting UAT.
Experience in business process mapping, functional design, and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with system integration points with other Microsoft or third-party applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
