Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant – Finance Analytics to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in finance and business analytics, serving as a strategic advisor to clients in Enterprise Planning and Performance Management.
The consultant will be responsible for designing, building, and managing planning and performance management technology solutions that bridge corporate strategy with execution. This includes leveraging AI-infused extended Planning and Analytics (xP&A) and Performance Management platforms such as IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos Controller, and other cloud-based financial planning & performance management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor on finance transformation and enterprise performance management initiatives.
- Design, implement, and manage finance analytics and planning solutions to support business strategy.
- Apply AI/ML-infused forecasting algorithms to enhance planning accuracy and decision-making.
- Support processes across strategy, marketing, sales & operations planning, capital and project planning, production and capacity planning, long-range forecasting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, and financial statement (B/S and P&L) planning.
- Conduct financial modeling and analyze data to drive insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable planning and performance management solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in finance analytics, business transformation, or enterprise performance management.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML-infused financial forecasting and planning processes.
- Expertise with platforms such as IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos Controller, and cloud-based financial planning software.
- Deep understanding of financial planning processes, analytics, and modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
