Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure HCM modules with a focus on UK Payroll legislation.
- Support core HR activities including Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering and UAT.
- Resolve complex functional issues and prepare functional documents.
- Ensure compliance with UK Payroll rules and auditing standards.
Required Skills:
- Oracle HCM Functional Experience in UK Payroll (Mandatory).
