Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US Payroll processing in Oracle Fusion HCM
Configure Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Compensation modules
Support payroll cycles, validations, and statutory compliance
Work with business stakeholders and global payroll teams
Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure timely payroll execution
Requirements
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion US Payroll
Strong communication and client interaction skills
Experience in implementation or support environment
Ability to work in US shift
