Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop scalable CRM applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM modules according to business requirements.
Develop Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations.
Build and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and enterprise applications.
Work with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Perform database design, optimisation, and development using SQL Server.
