Job Summary
BHR Code is hiring an experienced Pega Engineer with strong expertise in Pega platform development, enterprise application support, automation, cloud environments, and integration technologies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Pega, Elastic, Kafka, GitLab Pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS while supporting enterprise-scale business applications.

Role Overview
The Pega Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Pega-based enterprise applications.
The role requires strong knowledge of Pega platform capabilities, application workflows, integrations, deployment automation, and cloud technologies.
The candidate will collaborate with business, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and reliable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support applications using the Pega platform.
Configure Pega workflows, rules, and application components.
Perform application enhancements and troubleshooting.
Support integration between Pega applications and enterprise systems.
Work with Elastic and Kafka-based integrations.
Manage application deployments through GitLab Pipelines.
Support infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
Work with AWS cloud environments.
Perform production support and incident resolution.
Analyse application performance and optimize solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Mandatory Skills
7–12+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
