We’re now hiring an AI Ops Engineer to join our growing AI & DevOps team and help us bring intelligent automation to life.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Ops Engineer with experience in CI/CD pipeline orchestration, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end machine learning workflows across development and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and orchestrate CI/CD pipelines using Apache Airflow, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions
Implement scalable MLOps workflows in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) using MLFlow, Kubeflow, and Docker
Collaborate with data scientists to productize ML models built in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Maintain and optimize Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters to deploy AI workloads efficiently
Develop automation scripts and monitoring tools using Python, Bash, and cloud-native services
Integrate machine learning models into robust API systems with auto-scaling and rollback capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in DevOps/MLOps/AI Operations
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Airflow, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
Experience in Python and Bash scripting
Familiarity with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Proficient with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Experience with MLOps platforms: MLFlow, Kubeflow
Nice to Have
Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
Understanding of DataOps and Data Science lifecycles
