| Working on Event management products from Interlink ASI and BMC TrueSight Operations. • To provide follow-the-sun support along with Level 3 production support on rotation • Management(TSOM) to develop automation, API’s and drive self-service. • Support ServiceNow migration and develop integration utilities to support Event management products • Drive AIOps implementation using machine learning and Self-healing automation • Provide in-time zone support for regional stakeholders and drive communication with the global team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE • BMC TrueSight Operations Manager(TSOM) • ServiceNow Experience • Splunk ITSI ( or any other AIOps product) OPTIONAL/NICE TO HAVE • Python scripting • Shell Scripting • API Development 1. 4-5 years of experience in BMC Patrol/Truesite for Infrastructure Monitoring (System level/DB monitoring/ Middleware) 2. Strong hold on Unix commands 3. Good communication skills. 4. Experience with Service management tools. 5. Experience in engaging with customers/users to gather requirements to implement monitoring. 6. Good with process and ITIL concepts. 7. Good to have banking domain knowledge |
