🔍 Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs within capital markets, specifically Equities, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds. Your understanding of trading platforms, brokerage, custody services, and the T24 ecosystem will drive impactful solutions for the business.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for T24 Securities and associated banking modules.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Participate in functional testing, validation, and verification.
Support the setup and maintenance of static data, including financial instrument details.
Analyze and streamline workflows related to Securities trading lifecycle, brokerage, and custody operations.

🔧 Mandatory Skills & Experience
8–10 years (or more) of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Tester in banking/capital markets.
Strong hands-on experience with the T24 Securities module.
Sound knowledge of:
Equities, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds.
Securities trading lifecycle.
Brokerage and custody operations.
Private banking modules and general banking operations.
Familiarity with trading platforms, clearinghouses, and market data providers.
