About the Project:
BHR Code is hiring a highly skilled Control-M Automation Developer/Consultant to join a prestigious banking domain project. This role involves designing, building, and automating Control-M workflows and infrastructure through modern DevOps tools and practices. The ideal candidate should have strong scripting and automation skills, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for the Control-M platform.
Support automated build, configuration, testing, and deployment of Control-M environments.
Develop and deploy infrastructure and application code through CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure test automation and release readiness.
Follow software engineering best practices in code development and version control.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Control-M, Linux, and automation scripts.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Must-Have:
6–7 years of experience in IT automation and scripting
Linux administration expertise
Strong Python coding experience for test automation
Experience creating Ansible pipelines for Linux and application configuration
Proficient in using Jenkins for automation and Git for version control
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Optional / Nice-to-Have:
Experience supporting Control-M as a developer or administrator on Unix/Linux systems
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience integrating DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) with Control-M
Working knowledge of JSON, YAML, XML
Exposure to NGINX configurations and deployments
