About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DataStage Developer to join our growing data team at BHR Code. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data integration and cloud technologies and be passionate about delivering scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop ETL solutions using IBM DataStage and Databricks platforms.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources.
Maintain and optimize ETL workflows for business-critical applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data validation, QA, and deployment.
Required Skills:
Primary: IBM DataStage, Databricks, SQL, ETL
Secondary: UNIX, AWS Cloud
Good to Have: Azure Pipeline, Strong Analytical Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
5–8 years of experience in data engineering and ETL tools.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and data pipeline orchestration.
