Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Fusion HCM Technical professionals who have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with:
- HCM Extracts – for building and managing data extraction from Oracle HCM.
- Fast Formulas – for creating custom logic and calculations within HCM modules.
- OIC Integrations – for integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with external systems.
- Redwood Experts – for working with Oracle’s latest Redwood UX framework.
- BIP/OTBI Reports – for developing BI Publisher and OTBI analytical reports.
- RESP APIs – for working with Oracle REST APIs for integrations and automation.
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Drive
This role requires a strong technical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, along with the ability to work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders in a hybrid setup.
