Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HRMS Payroll Technical Consultant with comprehensive hands-on expertise in Oracle HRMS Applications R12, focusing on Payroll Integration, Core HR, and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive experience in analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business systems involving Oracle HRMS Applications R12.
Expert knowledge in Payroll Integration, Core HR integration, HRMS Data Conversions, custom development, customisation, extension, and personalisation.
Professional experience (8–10 years) in Oracle E-Business Suite covering:
Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, PL/SQL, Fast Formula, Oracle Workflow, XML/RDF Reports, Oracle Interfaces, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Experienced in developing XML/RDF Reports and PL/SQL interfaces for HRMS systems.
Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
Programming experience in creating Procedures, Functions, Packages, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL.
Required Expertise:
8+ years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant with proven expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Payroll integration.
