🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support enterprise-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Provide hands-on expertise in Okta and Auth0, and basic understanding of ForgeRock.
Lead end-to-end IAM migration projects from legacy systems to modern IAM platforms.
Architect and implement RBAC and ABAC models effectively.
Integrate and support authentication standards such as LDAP, Active Directory, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
Develop automated IAM workflows using scripting (PowerShell, Node.js).
Configure Okta workflows to meet business requirements.
Implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using BeyondTrust.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and development teams.
Ensure compliance with Zero Trust security models and frameworks.
🧾 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certification in Okta, ForgeRock, or Auth0 (preferred).
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on IAM experience; 8–10 years preferred.
Proven track record of IAM implementation and migration projects.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and microservices.
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and PAM best practices.
