Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist – DevOps (Citrix Support) to join our infrastructure and operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Citrix environments and a working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud. You will be responsible for managing BAU Citrix support, handling infra-related requests, capacity planning, and user onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Citrix infrastructure BAU (Business As Usual) operations and provide timely support.
Raise Change Requests (CRs) for scheduled Citrix maintenance.
Monitor Citrix environment health and perform capacity additions as required.
Onboard and offboard users and manage their Citrix access.
Respond to business user queries and deliver infra support promptly.
Handle infra-related documentation, onboarding forms, and paperwork for internal processes.
Assist with cloud monitoring and report performance issues proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure infrastructure availability.
Required Skills:
4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing Citrix environments.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
Strong monitoring skills for performance tracking and optimization.
Experience in DevOps practices related to infrastructure support.
Ability to handle user queries, ticketing systems, and service requests independently.
Good to Have (Optional Skills):
Exposure to cloud setup and configurations.
Understanding of cloud security, access, and identity management.
Experience in automation and scripting for infra operations.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Documentation and reporting skills for infra compliance and tracking.
