Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Intern at BHR CODE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads within the IT industry. This hands-on role will provide you with valuable experience in lead generation, market research, and data analysis while working closely with our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential leads and prospects within the IT industry using various online platforms, including LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases.

2. Collect and analyze relevant data to determine the quality and viability of leads, including company size, industry vertical, decision-makers, and current technology stack.

3. Utilize email outreach and cold calling techniques to initiate contact with leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead information and interactions using our CRM system.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation and engagement.

6. Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to lead generation activities, including conversion rates, response rates, and pipeline growth.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Qualifications:

– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects through written and verbal communication.

– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

– Motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

– Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
