Responsibilities
Manage Oracle Fusion ERP delivery and support projects
Lead cross-functional teams across Finance / SCM / HCM
Drive customer communication, escalations, and delivery
Handle incident, change, and release management
Prepare project metrics, dashboards, and status reports
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
Strong Oracle ERP + Fusion delivery experience
Proven Project Management and team leadership experience
Client-facing and escalation handling capability
Experience in AMS / Support delivery model
Ability to work in US shift
