Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM modules. The role involves working remotely in UK shift timings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Perform system configurations, testing, and documentation.
- Support functional design and ensure successful end-to-end implementation.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations and issue resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training as needed.
Mandatory Skills:
- Oracle HCM Functional expertise.
- Strong experience across core HCM modules.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM configurations.
Additional Details:
