Overview:
We are seeking a Payroll Subject Matter Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll and a deep understanding of US Payroll, Union Payroll, and US Taxes. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional knowledge of payroll configuration and business process optimisation within Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and resolve complex payroll requirements, including Payroll Accounting configuration, Cost Allocation, Accounting Distribution, and Payroll Tax Processing.
  • Advise clients on the effective use of Oracle Cloud Payroll and its features.
  • Execute Mid-Year Balance Initialisation and perform Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliations for US legislation.
  • Gather client requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for Payroll Interfaces, Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Configure Payroll Module using FSM, HDL, and related Oracle tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Cloud Payroll and other HCM Modules.
  • Work on 401k, 403b, 457b, and other US retirement plans.
  • Model, test, and execute Payroll business process flows.
  • Manage Payroll Tax Processing, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.
  • Conduct triage sessions with clients to identify root causes, document issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for best practices in Payroll Cloud.
  • Develop comprehensive, client-facing Payroll documentation.
