Primary Skills: Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud flows & Desktop flows/RPA), RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Key Demand:
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate including Cloud and Desktop flows (RPA)
- Experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Extensive experience in developing and deploying automation solutions with Power Automate and related RPA tools
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, governance, and security best practices
Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, SQL databases, and third-party APIs
Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Microsoft Dataverse
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Virtual Agents is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows)
Build and customize Power Apps to complement automation solutions
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into low-code solutions
Integrate automation workflows with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power Automate and Power Apps solutions
Maintain technical documentation including workflows, solution architecture, and user guides
Provide support and training to end users and junior team members
Stay updated with the latest features and improvements in Power Platform and RPA tools
