React.js Developer

We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our growing front-end team in Pune. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using React.js and Redux.
Design and develop custom React components tailored to project requirements.
Collaborate closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
Translate business processes and UI/UX designs into functional applications.
Optimize components for maximum performance across different devices and browsers.
Review, understand, and refactor existing code to improve functionality and maintainability.
Participate in agile sprint cycles, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

✅ Required Skills
Proficiency in React.js, including hooks and state management with Redux.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Hands-on experience in building responsive and interactive web applications.
Ability to understand existing workflows (AS-IS processes) and suggest enhancements.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating them into the front-end.
Experience working with version control tools like Git.

Exposure to tools like Webpack, Babel, and TypeScript.
Experience in writing unit tests using Jest or React Testing Library.
