BHR Code is looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning & Reporting Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level financial planning, analytics, and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAC Reporting, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise analytics solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP analytics solutions supporting strategic decision-making.

This role requires expertise in SAC implementation projects, planning workflows, data modelling, reporting dashboards, and integration with SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting solutions.
Build enterprise financial planning models, dashboards, and analytical applications.
Configure SAC stories, analytical applications, models, and reporting frameworks.
Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning solutions using SAP SAC.
Create and optimize SAC data models for performance and scalability.
Develop planning workflows including version management and approval processes.
Configure and implement SAC Data Actions and Advanced Formulas.
Support end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud implementation projects.
Integrate SAC solutions with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP S/4HANA systems.
Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of SAC applications.
Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in SAP BI / Analytics domain.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and SAC Reporting Development.
Experience in developing financial planning and reporting solutions.
Strong understanding of: Budgeting processes
Forecasting cycles
Financial reporting
Management reporting
Planning workflows
Hands-on experience with: SAC Data Actions
Advanced Formulas
Version Management
Planning Models
Stories and Dashboards
Experience with SAP BW / BW4HANA integration.
Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP S/4HANA analytics integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
SAP Analytics Cloud Certification.
Experience in manufacturing domain analytics.
Experience working with SAP BW on HANA.
Experience handling enterprise-scale SAC implementations.
Client-facing experience with global teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
SAP Analytics Cloud certification will be an added advantage.
