  • Lead development efforts and collaborate with other developers.
  • Participate in technical solution design sessions.
  • Manage customer integrations, automation workflows, and advanced scripting.
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation in the CSM domain.
  • Mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:

  • All the above (Developer role) + strong leadership in design and implementation.
  • Experience working on Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Spokes.
  • Experience with performance analytics and scoped application lifecycle.
