Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM modules and custom applications.
- Perform scripting and configuration for CSM components.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixes, and support live systems.
- Work on UI development (Pages, Macros, Portals).
- Participate in agile sprints and daily scrums.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with ServiceNow Scripting, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodology.
