- Handle complex integration scenarios and legacy modernization.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM and overall platform architecture.
- Strong grasp of integration patterns (SOAP/REST), security controls, and app lifecycle.
- Fluent in Agile methodology, stakeholder management, and DevOps processes.
