Siebel Developer

About the Role:

BHR Code is seeking an experienced and skilled Siebel Developer to join our team, working on enterprise-scale CRM implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Siebel Configuration, E-Scripting, EAI, Workflows, and Open UI, with hands-on experience in full-cycle development and integration in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Siebel configuration and development using Siebel Tools
Design and implement Siebel Workflows, Business Services, and E-Scripts
Develop and support Siebel EAI integrations using Integration Objects, VBCs, and Web Services
Customize and enhance Siebel Open UI components based on business needs
Drive the full Siebel CRM application development lifecycle: requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and secure CRM solutions
Conduct code reviews, debug existing code, and optimize performance of Siebel components
Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment instructions
Ensure adherence to quality standards, security practices, and coding guidelines

Must-Have Skills:
6+ years of experience in Siebel Configuration & Development
Expertise in Siebel E-Scripting
Strong understanding of Siebel Workflows and Business Services
Proficiency in Siebel EAI (Web Services, VBC, IOs)
Experience with Siebel Open UI
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):
Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, or Python
Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, OCI)
Experience in Siebel Upgrade/Migration projects
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Siebel Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
