Technical Analyst

🔍 About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Analyst to join one of our leading clients in the accounting domain, supporting their operations and innovation initiatives in Chennai. This role is highly technical in nature and ideal for professionals with deep expertise in T24 and TAFJ R23+ and related frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in driving business requirements, technical analysis, and end-to-end delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth translation of business needs into robust T24 solutions.
Analyze, design, and implement solutions on T24 Private Banking and Finance modules.
Develop, test, and deploy using Design Studio, Temenos Unit Test framework, and GitLab.
Lead technical delivery in multi-company and multi-application server environments.
Work with cloud-based T24 environments ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Interface with key stakeholders across product, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Support and manage integration frameworks including IRIS, MQ, JBOSS, and Outbox Event Streaming.
Monitor and manage COB and T24 Services Framework.
Track progress using tools like JIRA, and automate deployment via job schedulers (AWA).
Contribute to code repository and knowledge management processes.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of total experience (7+ years in T24 Technical Analysis preferred).
Mandatory hands-on development experience with T24 and TAFJ R23 or higher.
Proven track record in Private Banking and Finance modules.
Proficiency in SQL Developer, GitLab, Design Studio, and JBOSS.
Experience with Temenos Unit Testing, source code repositories, and integration frameworks.
Strong understanding of cloud deployments and multi-server setups.
