Job Overview
BHR Code is hiring a Cisco Catalyst Center Engineer with experience in network monitoring, automation, and enterprise infrastructure management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), SolarWinds, network operations, and ITSM integrations.
In this role, you will support enterprise network management platforms, improve monitoring capabilities, automate operational processes, and enhance network visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Network Platform Administration
Manage and support Cisco Catalyst Center environments.
Configure and maintain network monitoring platforms.
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
SolarWinds Administration
Configure and manage SolarWinds monitoring solutions.
Create dashboards, alerts, and performance reports.
Monitor network devices, availability, and capacity.
Troubleshoot monitoring and alerting issues.
Network Automation & Integration
Support automation of network operations and repetitive tasks.
Develop integrations between monitoring platforms and ITSM tools.
Work with APIs for data exchange and workflow automation.
Improve operational efficiency through automation.
ITSM Support
Integrate network monitoring tools with ServiceNow ITSM.
Support incident, event, and change management processes.
Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams.
Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
Mandatory Skills
Candidates should have experience in:
Cisco Catalyst Center / Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
SolarWinds Administration

Experience Required
5–8 years of experience in enterprise network management.
Strong experience with Cisco Catalyst Center and SolarWinds.
Experience supporting large-scale network monitoring environments.
Understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise operations.
Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
