About the Role
As a Mendix Developer, you will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performing applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to understand requirements, design solutions, customize user interfaces, and deliver enterprise applications aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix platform.
Build scalable low-code applications following enterprise development standards.
Develop and customize Mendix UI components to enhance user experience.
Configure workflows, microflows, integrations, and application logic.
Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
Develop reusable components and maintain application scalability.
Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support application enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow best practices for Mendix development, security, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in software/application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Mendix Platform.
Mendix Advanced Certification is mandatory.
Experience developing enterprise applications using Mendix.
Strong knowledge of: Mendix Studio Pro
Microflows
Domain Models
Workflows
UI Customization
Application Security
Integrations
Experience with CSS customization for Mendix applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
Experience with enterprise digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Experience integrating Mendix applications with external systems.
Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
Experience working with cloud-based application platforms.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Mendix Advanced Certification required.
