BHR Code is hiring experienced Software Engineers – Resilience & Reliability Engineering Tools to build and enhance enterprise platforms focused on system reliability, automation, observability, and operational intelligence.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud-native development, AI automation, Python/Java/TypeScript, APIs, microservices, AWS/Azure platforms, and reliability engineering tools.

Role Overview
The Software Engineer – Resilience & Reliability Engineering Tools will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving engineering platforms that enhance application reliability, operational efficiency, and automated incident management.
This role combines software engineering, cloud technologies, AI capabilities, automation frameworks, and reliability practices to build next-generation enterprise resilience solutions.
The candidate will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to create scalable tools for monitoring, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop software solutions for resilience and reliability engineering platforms.
Build cloud-native applications using modern programming languages.
Develop scalable APIs and microservices architectures.
Create automation solutions for operational efficiency.
Integrate AI capabilities using: OpenAI

Develop applications using: Python

Design and implement REST APIs.
Support cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
Integrate monitoring and observability platforms.

Build automation workflows for incident management and reliability improvements.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical design.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system resilience.
Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and application teams.

Mandatory Skills
7–12+ years of software engineering experience.
