BHR Code is hiring an experienced Platform Risk & Compliance Engineering Lead to drive governance, risk management, compliance practices, and security controls across enterprise technology platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), SDLC processes, policy governance, DevOps practices, CI/CD environments, ServiceNow, and audit readiness.

Role Overview
The Platform Risk & Compliance Engineering Lead will be responsible for ensuring technology platforms follow security, compliance, governance, and operational standards.
The role requires experience in integrating compliance practices into engineering workflows, supporting audits, managing policies, and improving risk management processes across enterprise platforms.
The candidate will work closely with security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to strengthen compliance maturity and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities
Drive governance, risk, and compliance activities across enterprise platforms.
Establish and maintain technology policies and compliance standards.
Support SDLC governance and secure development practices.
Implement compliance controls within DevOps and CI/CD environments.
Manage risk assessments and remediation activities.
Support audit preparation and compliance reviews.
Maintain security and governance documentation.
Work with ServiceNow for compliance and workflow management.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve security practices.
Monitor compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement of governance frameworks.
Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
7–12+ years of experience in technology risk and compliance environments.
