Job Overview
BHR Code is hiring an Ansible Automation Engineer with experience in infrastructure automation, configuration management, and DevOps practices.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation solutions using Ansible, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
In this role, you will design automation workflows, develop reusable playbooks, integrate automation with enterprise platforms, and support modern infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation workflows.
Create reusable Ansible roles and automation frameworks.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, patching, and remediation activities.
Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual processes.
Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing workflows.
Infrastructure Automation
Support configuration management across enterprise environments.
Automate server deployment and application configuration activities.
Manage automation workflows for Linux and Windows environments.
Implement standard automation practices for repeatable operations.
Support infrastructure compliance and operational requirements.
Scripting & Integration
Develop automation scripts using: Python
YAML
Bash
PowerShell
Integrate Ansible automation with enterprise tools.
Support ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM integrations.
Work with APIs for workflow automation and system integration.
DevOps Collaboration
Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and application teams.
Support CI/CD automation initiatives.
Participate in automation framework improvements.
Prepare technical documentation and operational guidelines.
