Job Overview
BHR Code is hiring a Cloud Identity & Kubernetes Engineer with experience in Active Directory modernization, Kubernetes, GitOps, and cloud infrastructure automation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern identity solutions, container platforms, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native technologies.
In this role, you will support enterprise cloud transformation initiatives by improving identity management, automating deployments, and building reliable Kubernetes-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Active Directory & Identity Modernization
Support enterprise Active Directory modernization initiatives.
Design and implement identity transformation solutions.
Manage authentication, access control, and identity-related processes.
Improve security, availability, and reliability of enterprise identity platforms.
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for identity improvements.
Kubernetes & GitOps Engineering
Manage Kubernetes environments and application deployments.
Implement GitOps-based deployment practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
Automate infrastructure and application delivery processes.
Manage configuration, secrets, and deployment consistency.
Cloud Automation & DevOps
Support cloud-native application deployments.
Work with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
Develop automation scripts for operational efficiency.
Implement infrastructure reliability and monitoring practices.
Troubleshoot deployment and environment-related issues.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work with cross-functional teams including cloud, security, and application teams.
Participate in solution design discussions.
Prepare technical documentation and operational guidelines.
Follow enterprise DevOps and security best practices.

Strong understanding of CI/CD automation and cloud-native technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
