Command Center Analyst

Job Summary

BHR Code is hiring a Command Center Engineer with 7–12+ years of experience in enterprise production support, batch operations, incident management, and Mainframe environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CA-ESP/Broadcom ESP, CICS, IPL, Sterling Connect:Direct, SLA management, and job monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage 24×7 enterprise production operations through Command Center processes.
Perform end-to-end batch monitoring, scheduling, execution, and recovery activities.
Manage production incidents, service requests, and operational escalations.
Monitor batch jobs using CA-ESP / Broadcom ESP job scheduling tools.
Perform job failure analysis, recovery actions, and escalation management.
Support Mainframe environments including CICS and IPL activities.
Manage file transfer operations using Sterling / Connect:Direct.
Ensure adherence to defined SLA, operational processes, and production standards.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and support teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues.
Maintain operational documentation, reports, and knowledge repositories.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for production stability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
7–12+ years of experience in Command Center / Production Support Operations.
Strong experience in: End-to-End Batch Operations
Incident Management
Production Monitoring
SLA Management
Technical Escalation Handling
Hands-on experience with: CA-ESP / Broadcom ESP Scheduler
Mainframe Operations
CICS
IPL Operations
Sterling Connect:Direct
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working in enterprise IT production environments.
Good understanding of ITIL-based operations and support processes.
