CA-ESP Batch Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

BHR Code is hiring a CA-ESP Engineer with 7–12+ years of experience in enterprise batch infrastructure, workload automation, and production support environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CA-ESP / Workload Automation, Linux & Windows Administration, batch monitoring, log troubleshooting, ServiceNow operations, and Mainframe z/OS navigation.

The role involves managing enterprise batch scheduling environments, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring high availability, and supporting critical business operations through effective workload automation and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support CA-ESP / Workload Automation environments.
Monitor, schedule, and troubleshoot enterprise batch workloads.
Perform job monitoring, failure analysis, recovery activities, and escalation handling.
Analyze application and system logs to identify and resolve production issues.
Manage Linux and Windows server administration activities.
Troubleshoot batch infrastructure-related incidents.
Handle ServiceNow tickets, incidents, requests, and change activities.
Perform Mainframe navigation activities using TSO.
Support Mainframe z/OS batch operations and production environments.
Participate in high availability and disaster recovery activities.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and support teams for issue resolution.
Prepare operational documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
7–12+ years of experience in CA-ESP / Batch Infrastructure Administration.
Strong hands-on experience with: CA-ESP Workload Automation

Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
