Infrastructure SRE Engineer

Job Summary
BHR Code is hiring experienced Infrastructure SRE Engineers responsible for improving enterprise infrastructure reliability, automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Python, Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, observability tools, and incident engineering.

Role Overview
The Infrastructure SRE Engineer will design, automate, monitor, and maintain highly reliable enterprise infrastructure platforms.
The role combines Site Reliability Engineering practices, infrastructure automation, cloud-native technologies, monitoring, and incident management to improve system availability and operational efficiency.
The candidate will collaborate with infrastructure, application, DevOps, and security teams to build scalable and resilient technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions.
Develop automation workflows using Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
Manage Linux-based enterprise infrastructure environments.
Support Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Monitor infrastructure health using observability platforms.
Perform incident engineering and root cause analysis.
Support high availability and disaster recovery initiatives.
Manage infrastructure configuration and deployment workflows.
Improve operational efficiency through automation.
Work with tools including: Splunk
Dynatrace
ServiceNow
Support Git workflows and GitOps practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams for platform improvements.
Maintain technical documentation and operational standards.

Mandatory Skills
7–12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering/SRE roles.
