Integrated Command Center Engineer

Job Summary
BHR Code is hiring experienced Integrated Command Center Engineers responsible for managing enterprise infrastructure operations, monitoring platforms, incident response, and operational decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ITIL processes, infrastructure monitoring tools, ServiceNow operations, Dynatrace, Splunk, ESP monitoring, and cross-domain infrastructure support.

Role Overview
The Integrated Command Center Engineer will be responsible for overseeing enterprise IT operations through centralized monitoring, incident management, and infrastructure coordination.
The role requires strong technical decision-making abilities along with experience managing enterprise monitoring platforms, operational workflows, and stakeholder communication.
The candidate will work across multiple infrastructure domains to ensure system availability, operational stability, and timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor enterprise infrastructure environments through centralized command center operations.
Manage infrastructure alerts, incidents, and operational events.
Perform incident management following ITIL processes.
Work with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management activities.
Monitor enterprise systems using tools including: Dynatrace
Splunk
ESP
Infrastructure monitoring platforms
Analyse alerts and coordinate technical resolutions.
Perform technical impact analysis and escalation management.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams across multiple technology domains.
Support operational decision-making during critical incidents.
Ensure SLA compliance and operational performance.
Prepare operational reports and monitoring insights.
Coordinate with stakeholders during major incidents.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
7–12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
Strong experience with:
